Services at SFC Media Center.
Monday-Friday: 9:15am - 9:00pm Saturday: 9:15am - 7:00pm (closed on Sundays and Holidays)
It may change depending on the future situation.
Media Center is open to Keio University's current students, correspondence course students , staff, faculty, and Shonan Fujisawa High School students.
Alumni, students of other Keio High Schools, Fujisawa City residents, and visitors including partnership universities, are not allowed.

You have to make reservations in advance to use AV Equipment, the AV Hall, the Video Shooting/Sound Recording Studio by the day before.

■ Overdue Fines
- Any overdue fines incurred before September 30, 2021 would be waived.
‐ The maximum length of the period capable of renewal depends on the item and the patron’s status.
- Do not attempt to return your loans when it is hard for you to go out, even if the books are overdue. Please ignore overdue notice emails that are generated and sent to you automatically.
‐ If you are finished with the items you have borrowed, or the items are reserved by someone else, we kindly ask you to return them as soon as possible. Returning by mail is welcome. Please note the shipping fee is on you.

For the time being, the function will be available only to those affiliated with Keio University.
■Returning Library Items by Mail
We accept returns by mail. Please keep in mind that the service is a special measure for corona virus outbreak, and is not available usually.
Accepted: From Monday, March 22 to Thursday, September 30, 2021
*The items sent out on the very date are also subject to our special measures.

*Send your loans to the library of your home campus. The sending address is listed above.
*Pack the items with care to prevent any damage. We may ask you for replacement cost if the items get damaged during transit.
*Please contact the receiving library to let them know that the items will be coming, as well as the date of dispatch and the designated date of delivery.
*Make sure that the loans arrive at the library on or before the due dates. Return process will be carried out as soon as we receive them. We regard the "date of dispatch" as the date of return regardless of the actual arrival date.
■Membership Renewal for the Full Time Degree Students Staying at University for Another Academic Year
Usually the procedure is done in person at counter. We temporarily accept your application by email, not by phone.
All you have to do is sending an email to the Circulation Department of your home library.
Be sure to include the following:

Enrollment to a Keio University Graduate School
Extension of Your Enrollment Period [Your membership may be extended until the end of April or October.]
Attendance as a Non-Degree Student [Your membership may be extended until the end April or October.]
*Be aware this is the membership renewal.
We do NOT renew your active loans. Please extend your loan periods by yourself after renewing your membership.
