About the Survey
Survey Period: October 27 – November 30, 2025
Eligible Participants:
Patrons of Keio University Media Centers, including undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty and staff, correspondence course students, and others with authorized access
How to Participate:
Please submit your response only once, using either of the below methods.

50 students will be selected in a prize draw to receive a 1,000 yen digital bookstore gift card. To enter the draw, please provide your keio.jp email address in the final section of the survey. For a participation gift, please print or take a screenshot of the “Thank you!” screen and bring it to your nearest Media Center. You will receive a library-themed gift. *Aavailable while supplies last.
Survey Results:
The results will be made available on our website during the 2025 academic year. We will analyze the responses to help improve library services.

All information collected through this survey will be handled in accordance with Keio University Media Center’s privacy policies. We do not collect any information that could identify you personally. Your responses will be used only for research and service improvement purposes, and will remain anonymous.

Q1: I have a Keio ID, but I cannot access the form properly.
A1: Keio ID is a Google account with the domain keio.jp. If you are currently signed in with a different Google account (e.g., a personal Gmail), you may not be able to access the form. Please log out from other Google accounts and sign in again using your Keio ID. Alternatively, try accessing the form using a different browser or a private window.
When the Google login screen appears, enter your Keio ID (yourID@keio.jp) to continue. If you are still unable to access the form, you may use the alternative link provided for users without a Keio ID to submit your response.
Q2: I use multiple libraries at Keio University. Which library should I refer to in my response?
A2: Please answer with the library you use most frequently.
Q3: I received the survey email at multiple email addresses.
A3: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please ignore any emails received after the first one, and refer only to the initial email.
Q4: I received a survey invitation email but have no intention of responding. I also got a follow-up request and do not want to receive any more messages. What should I do? A4: Since the emails are sent in bulk to the address registered in the library system or the university system, we are unable to handle individual requests. We kindly ask that you delete the emails yourself.
Q5: Can I only respond from within the university network?
A5: No. You can respond using any device, such as a smartphone or PC, that is connected to the internet and can access web pages.
Q6: Can I pause my response and continue later?
A6: No. You cannot save your progress, so please complete the survey in one sitting. The survey consists of 3 short pages and takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
Q7: I'm interested in the results. Will they be available?
A7: Yes. A summary of the results will be posted on our website within the 2025 academic year.
Q8: What kind of gifts can I receive?
A8: Students are eligible to enter a prize draw for a digital bookstore gift card. Additionally, library-themed goods will be offered as participation gifts to all respondents on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q9: How can I receive the gift?
A9: To enter the prize draw, please enter your keio.jp email address in the final section of the survey. Winners will be notified by the end of January via the email address provided. The notification will be sent from the @adst.keio.ac.jp domain, so please make sure you can receive emails from this domain.
For the participation gift, please print or take a screenshot of the “Thank you!” screen displayed after completing the survey, and bring it to your nearest Media Center.
Q10: Do I have to use a keio.jp email address to enter the gift lottery?
A10: Yes. Please make sure to enter your keio.jp email address correctly.
