Keio University concluded a reciprocal borrowing agreement with Waseda University and Hitotsubashi University to provide access to an even higher amount of scholarly information and to support the development and enhancement of educational and research activities.
Notes
Students, faculty, and staff (excluding part-time) can access to the Waseda University libraries (Central Library, Toyama Library, Science & Engineering Library, and Tokorozawa Library). The necessary materials are below.
To enter libraries not mentioned above (such as the S. Takata Memorial Research Library), a letter of introduction is required. Please inquire at Reference Counters at each Media Center.

*ID cards are issued at the Office of Human Resources Management on Mita Campus or the General Affairs Office on each campus. When applying for an ID card, one ID photo (2.5cm×3.0cm) is necessary.
When full-time faculty and staff members (including associate professors and full-time teachers and staff of the affiliated schools) bring their ID card and complete the registration procedure at the Waseda University Central Library, they will be issued a library card free of charge (valid for the relevant academic year and renewable).

Hitotsubashi University Library is now open to visitors. Note the number of seats stays reduced. If possible, avoid visiting on weekday afternoons. The library tends to be crowded at the hour because of the fewer seats. For the latest information, please refer to the "For Visitors from Partner Libraries" webpage. (November 2022)

There is no special treatment.
If you have "神奈川県内大学図書館共通閲覧証", a common university library entry pass, you can visit the member libraries of Kanagawa Library Association (KLA).
The pass can be issued at the Media Center Reference Desk at your campus (Hiyoshi, Yagami and Shonan Fujisawa only).
Please bring your student / faculty / staff ID card, library card, or campus card.
The pass is valid during the academic year.
If you wish to renew, please apply again at the Reference Desk.
Please present the common university library entry pass and your ID issued by Keio University at the library you are visiting.
As a general rule, you can browse and photocopy materials, but the rules differ depending on the library.
