Keio University Media Center has a wide variety of collections, including print and online resources as well as audio-visual materials. Our online library catalog KOSMOS helps you access the library collections. This guide gives you brief instructions on using KOSMOS.

There are two options. Choose the one that is convenient for you:
(1) From Media Center website: www.lib.keio.ac.jp/en/
(2) From K-Support: http://keio.jp/ *For graduate and undergraduate students only
*Correspondence students may access from keio.jp portal.
(1) JOURNAL SEARCH: Enables to search journals
(2) DATABASE: Provides the link to the Database Navi
(3) Search Window: Allows to type in search terms
(4) ADVANCED SEARCH: Switches to Advanced Search mode
(5) Pull-down Lists: Make the search more specific:
The following 3 pull-down lists help you set search criteria to narrow down the search results: Item Type (books, journals, etc.); Search Method (prefix search, exact search, etc.); Search Field (title, author, etc.).
Start your search by choosing a search scope. Click the magnifying glass icon before typing in search terms. “Library Catalog and E-Resources" is the default setting.
