Bloomberg Professional is a leading source for detailed market data, news, and analytics globally used in trading markets and financial institutions. The database is available only on the designated terminals in Mita Media Center and Shonan Fujisawa Media Center.

Who can use Bloomberg Professional?

• Keio University students, faculty, and staff members
• Correspondence course students (Mita only)
• Senior Researcher / Researcher, Keio Research Institute at SFC (SFC only)

*Alumni and visitors may not use the database.

  • Database Area, the 1st floor of the Main Library

  • Database Search Corner, the 2nd floor

Service Hours

*Out of service on Saturdays, Sundays, and other library closing days.

  • 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. on weekdays; a reservation is required.
• SFC
  • 9:15 a.m. - 15 minutes before closing time on weekdays; an application must be made by 7:30 p.m. during the semester: 4:50 p.m. between semesters.

*You may use Bloomberg Professional for up to 90 minutes. It is possible to extend your time if no one else is waiting to use the database.
*There is a limit to the amount of data to be downloaded in a month.

Reservation

Although we provide Bloomberg Professional on a first-come-first-served basis, we accept reservations.
You may make a reservation either online or in person.
Please read the below details corresponding to your preferred location for online reservations.

Please use our online form to access Bloomberg Professional in Mita Media Center.
It must be submitted before 8:00 a.m. on the desired day of use.

Please send us an email at: mc-ref＠sfc.keio.ac.jp. Make sure to include the following:

• Your full name
• Your student ID/library card ID/campus ID
• Preferred date and time to use Bloomberg
