Media Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences: Alumni, Visitors and External Users

  • Library services (information search and various procedures) may not be available at nighttime and Saturdays.
  • The Media Center may not be available for use during busy periods, such as during the period for semester-end examinations or the Japanese National Examination for Pharmacists.
  • You may not enter the library on days when the Media Center is open under special circumstances.
  • Please note that external users under 18 years and high school students are not allowed to enter the Media Center.

【Admission】

Please present valid identification (driver’s license, insurance card, employer-issued ID card, etc.) and complete the User Application Form.
If you have an Media Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences Library Card, a Keio Library Card for Alumni, or an Keio Alumni Library Entry Pass, please present this as your ID.

  • The Media Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences Library Card is issued to graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Kyoritsu University of Pharmacy.
    It can only be used at the Media Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • The Keio Library Card for Alumni is issued at the Mita Media Center. Please click here for more details.
  • The Keio Alumni Library Entry Pass is issued at the Mita, Hiyoshi, Shinanomachi, and SFC Media Centers. Please click here for more details.

【Available Services】

  • Browse materials in the Media Center
  • Make photocopies of library materials (black and white, 40 yen/sheet; color, 150 yen/sheet)
  • Search library materials with OPAC
  • Check out books (only for holders of an Media Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences library card or a Keio Library Card for Alumni)

  • Use other Keio University Media Centers
    You may enter other Media Centers upon presenting your Keio Alumni Library Entry Pass, etc.., and browse and photocopy library materials.
    As the procedures and services available are different at each Media Center, please confirm in advance before making your visit.

【Admission】

Please show your ID and complete the User Application Form.
Users from Jikei University must present their joint library card. Users from Waseda University must present their ID (for full-time faculty or staff members) or student ID card (for undergraduate and graduate students).

【Available Services】

  • Browse materials in the Media Center
  • Make photocopies of library materials (black and white, 10 yen/sheet; color, 50 yen/sheet)
  • Search library materials with OPAC
  • Check out books (only for full-time faculty and staff members of Waseda University)
    - Please bring your Keio Library Card which is issued at the Mita Media Center.

External users may enter only for the purpose of using the academic materials.
Before visiting us, please specify the library materials you wish to use and confirm in OPAC that the item is kept by the Media Center.
